Your Role
As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Expanding our portfolio by developing strong relationships with property owners and buyers
- Leading and motivating a team of real estate consultants
- Organising property viewings and negotiating transactions with professionalism and efficiency
- Providing thorough and transparent client follow-ups
- Representing Lux Home Algarve with elegance and enthusiasm
Your Profile
- At least 2 years’ experience in the real estate sector
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Well-presented, sociable, and naturally warm personality
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Utmost integrity and a strong sense of ethics
